Louth IWA learn to how to taste chocolate

Louth chocolatier and businesswoman, Lindsay Gardner from Spire Chocolates will help Louth IWA members discover and appreciate the exquisite world of chocolate at the next IWA meeting on the 5th February. Lindsay will explain the different types of chocolate, how chocolate is made, the difference between chocolate makers and chocolatiers and offer up delicious samples and lively discussion.

The Louth IWA are proud to celebrate and support local businesswomen like Lindsay. Offering a wide range  of handmade chocolates as well as bespoke orders, Spire Chocolates combines the finest Belgian chocolate with the best national produce available. Whenever possible Lindsay uses tasty local treasures such as local honey and maple syrup from Lincolnshire suppliers. 

The event will take place at an IWA member's residence and will be followed by a light meal as well as the opportunity for members to speak with Lindsay one-to-one.
